Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from House of Bertrand. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to offer free returns on all items. Please note we cannot offer exchanges due to limited availibility of the capsule collections.

Please return items within 14 days of receiving them. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. Please allow 3 working days upon receiving your items to inspect and process your return and a further 10 working days to receive a full refund to your original payment method.
